The International Yoga Festival will take place in Rishikesh from March 1 to 7, 2025. Organized by the Uttarakhand Tourism Department and Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam (GMVN), the event will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.

The festival, to be held at Ganga Resort, Rishikesh, will bring together renowned yoga masters and practitioners from around the world. Throughout the week, sessions on yoga postures, meditation techniques, and spiritual discourses will be conducted. Additionally, cultural performances featuring Indian music and dance will be held daily.

According to GMVN Managing Director Vishal Mishra, the festival aims to position Uttarakhand as the global capital of yoga and promote the ancient tradition of yoga. This event will offer yoga enthusiasts a chance to immerse themselves in the spiritual essence of Rishikesh.
